Fauchier Group is a federation of construction, engineering, architecture, forensic and legal professionals principally based in the Southern California area, with a client base throughout the United States.
Because of our extensive experience in design and construction, we've "been there, suffered that". We've seen and usually headed off the trainwrecks that can take down a project, learned from that experience and built successes the next time around.
Since 1997, we've focused on bringing state-of-the-art techniques in project planning, control, management and dispute resolution to an industry sorely in need of leadership in these areas.
Our founder, Dan Fauchier, has personnally taught over 2,000 professionals from coast-to-coast in one-day and three-day public and private workshops and in courses at the University of California, San Diego and San Diego State University.
We've worked with some of the industry's top attorneys (Richard Bayer in La Jolla, David Perkins in San Diego, Stanley Sklar in Chicago, Robert Lash in Gainsville, Florida) and many others, learning and ultimately teaching the key legal concepts and methodologies in claims preparation, presentation, defense and resolution.
We've brought our decades of experience to some of the top owners, construction managers and construction contractors and subcontractors - responsible companies and agencies who needed a claims leader.
Recent clients include a billion-dollar multi-national materials and engineering construction company on the West Coast, a billion-dollar nationwide commercial owner/developer based in New York, one of ENR's Top Twenty engineering/construction firms based on the East Coast with projects in California, a residential developer/builder in Florida, a major nationwide office and commercial developer/builder based in Colorado, a New Mexico contractor building schools and high-tech manufacturing plants in Arizona, a huge Federal transportation agency, and a variety of small- and medium-sized owner/operator construction contractors and subcontractors throughout the Southwest.
Projects on which we've provided claims leadership include chip factories, schools, roadways, bridges, parks, apartment complexes, shopping centers, underground infrastructure improvements, wastewater treatment plants and even a casino.
The common thread among all these proejcts and clients is a need for highly skilled, personalized, confidential, thorough forensics and claims management.
